My name is Manju Tamboli, and I am a Health & Fitness Coach. Since childhood, I have been passionate about health and fitness. I actively participated in various sports during my school and college days, always striving to be an all-rounder. I loved walking and staying active, and over time, I decided to turn my passion into my career.

A few years ago, I faced serious health issues, including severe acidity, digestive problems, unexplained weight gain, and poor sleep quality. My body weight kept increasing, and my sleep became so fragile that even the slightest movement or faint sound in my bedroom would wake me up. On top of that, I couldn’t eat my favorite foods, and even a single meal from a restaurant or party would lead to hospitalization the next day.

This difficult phase made me realize that I needed a long-term solution. Following the guidance of doctors and scientists, I embraced a healthy lifestyle and fitness regimen, which transformed my health completely. Today, I have overcome all these issues—my digestion has improved, my weight is under control, and I enjoy deep, restful sleep. Seeing the incredible results in my own life, I realized my true calling—to help others transform their lives too.

To enhance my knowledge and expertise, I completed a 100-day Healthy Living & Weight Management Course, trained by 35 expert doctors and scientists. Today, I have helped many clients achieve their fitness goals. I specialize in gut health, weight loss, muscle gain, diet planning, and yoga, offering personalized fitness programs to suit individual needs.

My mission is to help as many people as possible live a fit and healthy life. I am not just a trainer but also a guide who will be with you throughout your fitness journey.

My name is Rajkumar Tamboli, and I am a Health Coach. My journey to fitness wasn’t easy, but it changed my life completely.

There was a time when my weight had increased significantly, my belly had expanded, and my body age was more than 20 years older than my actual age. I suffered from constant back pain, difficulty climbing stairs, lack of flexibility, and extreme fatigue. I would get tired very quickly, and on top of that, I struggled with severe migraines, which made my daily life even more challenging.

One of my biggest fears was my family history of cardiovascular diseases. I had seen close family members struggle with heart problems, and I always felt that I might face the same issues. This constant worry kept me stressed and anxious. I knew I needed to take control of my health before it was too late.

That’s when I decided to join this health and fitness program—and it completely transformed my life! Today, I am fit, energetic, and have reshaped my body.

I’m Khushboo Tamboli, an MSc Biotechnology graduate — but more than that, I’m a passionate explorer at heart. Since childhood, I have dreamed of doing something different, something meaningful — something that would help me understand the world through new eyes.

Growing up in a disciplined environment, my life followed a structured routine: sleeping, waking, eating — everything on time. Even during the five years I spent living in a hostel for my studies, I tried to maintain this discipline. However, I couldn’t ignore what I saw around me — most students had completely disrupted lifestyles. Erratic sleep schedules, irregular meals, careless living — it all deeply disturbed me. Initially, it was tough to adjust, and somewhere, even my routine started slipping. But I pulled myself back, choosing not to follow the crowd.

It was during this period of self-awareness that my parents introduced me to a 100-day Healthy Living and Weight Management program. I was underweight at the time, and this program seemed like a much-needed solution. What I didn’t know was that it would change my life forever.

Today, I am on a mission to inspire, guide, and support young individuals to prioritize their health early, to embrace healthy habits, and to build a strong foundation for a vibrant and fulfilling life. Because a healthy youth means a healthy future.
